I can see your raid end times being an issue, we tend to raid much later than 22:00, often to midnight or beyond...

its good to know your willing to buy well feds of the AH, but being a supplyer of well feds to the AH i know there not always available !

we would ask that you are kitted with enough well feds and buffs for the raid.

age and raid availability are a huge factor with this and if these are UK times then eek , i think if you could squeeze out the extra hour or two here and there to make atleast one or two full mid week raids you would be sweet and make a nice edition, another destro lock couldnt hurt, BUT we are an adult guild who have been known to raid pritty late, and as such we need to know our members can stay with us.

other than that theres not alot i can say other than stay destro and never get rid of that shadowweave set, but certainly consider a re'app when you are more available to raid

sorry m8y, not this time, the 22:00 midweek wouldnt be enough. This would say to me that theres a risk of parental cut off and i really wouldnt want to run the risk off them spotting out guild chat at times ! like i say its pritty 18+
